Ingredients:

Whole blanched almonds, pistachios, walnut, hazelnut, organic lemon zest, icing sugar, wheat flour, AOP butter, fresh egg whites, fresh egg yolks, orange blossom water, lemon juice, rapeseed oil, milk (whole and skimmed), natural beetroot red colouring (E162) and Yellow food Colouring for an orange finish colour.

Allergens:

Tree nuts (almonds, walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts), eggs, gluten (wheat flour), milk.

May contain traces of soy, sesame, peanuts, celery, mustard, and other tree nuts.

Storage and tasting:

To preserve their freshness and finesse, we recommend storing your pastries at room temperature, in their original box, and enjoying them within 10 days of receipt.
